Frequent Bernie and Phyl’s and am always happy with my purchase. On my most recent visit worked with Carl in Westborough. Great person, easy to deal with, wonderful salesman. They have a great selection of reasonably priced furniture.
We had the most AMAZING experience with Dominic in Saugus - he’s been there 25+ years and what an asset to the company. He truly loves what he does and it shows.....We needed to change our mattress and after having a disappointing experience in Natick, our trip to see Dominic made it all worthwhile! Anyone who needs a new mattress - go to Saugus and see him!!

I had an enjoyable experience at Bernie and Phil's yesterday shopping for furniture. My sales clerk Heather Gutner, was very nice and helpful. I bought a kitchen set, a couch, matching chair ottoman, 3 matching tables, a twin bed with box spring and mattress. The only thing I was disappointed in was -- I was if I wanted to buy a mattress cover for $89.00 and I asked why can't you give it to me for everything I just bought. The answer was "no". I feel that it would have been a great customer gesture if the mattress pad was in... read more
