A great experience. Beautiful furniture! We had a hard time choosing! We will return when we have a need for another piece. Edward was kind and professional! Knowledgeable and patient. Truly the best experience we have ever had in a furniture store! We would think of gong anywhere else! The prices were great as well for such quality furniture! We made the right choice with our purchase!!
The customer service was above and beyond! We just sold our first sofa set we had purchased at B&P’s 14 years ago and were so impressed with the quality and comfort we came back to buy our new one. We can’t wait for them to arrive!
Great sales staff and great value. We love all of our purchases. Not the greatest delivery staff for assembling furniture. One occasion with a bunk bed turned out not so good, but otherwise ok.

We rated our experience as 5 star because Diane St. Germain was an extraordinary salesperson. When we called to inquire about mattresses she provided information and explained that she would be available in the store until closing that day.
