Very disappointing, I thought the salesperson was honest but after I paid in full upfront and was told the delivery would be 2 weeks, there was no follow-up call and the person I spoke to after 2 weeks told me it would be another 2 weeks or more with no care in the world!Ā
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!MANUFACTURE DEFECT!!!couches are made very poorly.ripping at the seams.they lie about the warranty.say it is 2 years and when you call for service they say only 1 year.now i have a 2,000$ couch that is falling apart!!Ā

Went to Bernie & Phyl's to buy a mattress. Ran into Bruce who was selling mattresses. Bruce was very knowledgeable about all types of mattresses both new and old ones such as the one we currently have. A complete low pressure experience. We left to go to another furniture store in the area to compare prices. Not only was the mattress that we decided on $300 higher, we also experienced a high pressure "buy now" salesman who after just lying on a couple mattresses assumed I was buying one and was ready to write up the order.
