My order was in store at the Nashua NH location. My boyfriend and I were not looking forward to furniture shopping, but the store was incredible and the staff was very helpful, not pushy at all. It was a great experience!
Very happy with my purchase. Tiffany was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me as I shopped! My furniture arrived quickly and looks beautiful in my home! Excellent quality too! Can’t wait to buy some more in the upcoming months.

We bought a mattress. It was the type of mattress we were not accustomed to but wanted to try - a Tempur- Pedic. We bought the firm. After a few weeks, we decided that it was too firm for us. We took advantage of the 90 trial period and contacted our salesman. We went back to the store, tried out the Temper-Pedic one firmness down and scheduled the pick-up and delivery. If went perfectly. Everything was done with customer satisfaction in mind and we were certainly satisfied. I will definitely recommend Berne and Phyl's.
The shopping experience was very positive. The salesperson knew his stuff and helped make my decision easier. Looking forward to receiving my new couch... which had to be ordered.

My in the store shopping experience was outstanding due to my sales person Diane St. Germain. She helped me choose the perfect Stearns and Foster mattress and adjustable bed frame for me. Additionally, the delivery men were also outstanding and very good at what they do.
