Listened to me about what did not work with previous surgery. Great bedside manner. Pain after surgery well controlled. Cares about why I make stones. Things I asked for were resonable and my surgery and first night went great. Since I have Randalls plaque's in both kidneys and a few left- this is my new urologist!
One of the finest doctors I have experienced. From day one, five years ago, I have felt a certain peace wit Dr. Chen. I have referred him to other friends, and will continue to do so.
I very much Dr Chen. I feel he listens well and will work with me in guiding my health care in the Urology medical area.
DR Chen is very knowledgeable and makes you comfortable in understanding your situation and the plan he recommends going forward in doing test, drug recommendations, etc. In my particular case my PSA is at a point which we can just monitor going forward, I feel comfortable with that as I am not having any urination difficulty or other problems.
Dr. Chen is an awesome and very thorough doctor! His office staff in Conyers....not so much. It would be easier finding a needle in a haystack than trying to get anybody from this office to call you back. On top of having to play phone tag for 5 1/2 weeks to find out the severity of my husband's bladder cancer, they mysteriously reschedule your appointment without letting you know and don't tell you until you take off work that day and arrive at the office. Very unorganized!!!!
Dr Chen is the Doctor you want. He is knowledgeable definitive and always has a plan. He is personable and answers your questions. I'm in good hands. Superb office staff.
Have seen Dr. Chen for the past year. He is an extremely personable individual who takes all the time needed to discuss any questions you have. I have had good results with the treatment program he has suggested.
