Dr. Chen was recommended to me by another urologist, which speaks well for his reputation. He takes the time to answer all my questions and makes me feel like he cares about my treatment. I feel that he is as capable as anyone in his field.
I am an 18 year survivor of prostate cancer and have been seeing Dr. Chen in followup for that condition for over six years. From the first visit, I have come to have 100% trust in his judgement and expertise - he is careful to review my history and to discuss his current thinking about treatment decisions. He takes the time to listen and never seems like he is in a rush to move on to the next patient. His office is very nice and the staff are pleasant.

I first met Dr. Chen in June 2013. I felt very comportable with him from the start. Once he determined my problem, he explained my options in a way that made it easier for me to make a decision. Three years later, i continue to be very satisfied with my treatment and follow-up care. Also, he has an excellent P.A. and Staff.
After getting a very alarming urine culture back from my primary physician I was referred to Dr. Chen. I was seen in his office within 2 days. His support staff is fantastic. I was a basket case. They were calming and supportive. Dr. Chen and his staff were clear about what I had going in and what I needed to do. I was given printed information and sample medication. They were sure I was clear about what was going on and what I needed to do. I can't thank them enough.
It has been said, first impressions are lasting impressions... Our first visit to Dr. Chen's office will always be a wonderful, memorable one. His warm, professional manner was a welcome one. He explained everything pertaining to my husband's problem in terminology understandable to a lay person. He informed us of treatment options, and his plan of action. My husband,first comment after leaving Dr.Chen's officeI like him, I said, me too! ur initial meeting with Dr.Chen
Dr. Chen is great with healthcare chickens. He put my husband at ease by explaining the procedures in a way he could understand. I would recommend him to anyone.
