Dr. Carlson and staff have been simply amazing! When I came back to Texas from Arkansas I struggled with a handful of family practitioners. Making feel like a customer instead of a patient. It was extremely frustrating. When I joined Dr Carlson I felt more like a patient an now family! They gone above my expectations an my health improvements show. Thank Y'all for treating me like family!
Dr. Carlson is a very personable doctor. All of his staff are very friendly and helpful.
The PA was friendly, knowledgeable, & detailed a follow-up plan.
Staff is caring and listens to your concerns. They always get back to you promptly with test results . We have seen both Dr. Carlson and one of the PA's. Very satisfied with both.
The entire team is always afriendly. The office is normally busy but was able to get me to the back fairly quickly. Doctor Rowdy provided a quick assessment and I was in/out within 10mins.
Time was taken to listen to my concerns. Doctor was thorough and personable. Staff was also courteous and responsive. Felt like a person and not medical codes to bill.
I was really impressed at yesterday‘s visit as how the PA had reviewed my latest record before my visit and was already aware of the findings from a specialist report and an MRI result. She took time to talk to me about issues and concerns. I can’t say enough good things about how pleased I am with this clinic! I highly recommend it.
Never a long wait and his PCs are all good.
They have everything you need at this facility. X-rays, professional shaft and lab testing. Besides the personal care they offer.
