Mostly everyone is very friendly and focused on getting you treated. Every PA and nurse that I have had contact with seem genuinely concerned. The front desk there have been one or two people that are short and seem so.e what rude. But I think it's a way of keeping order since there is such a large volume on things they are juggling at the same time. When they are not so busy they pay more attention to you. I would recommend dr Carlson to everyone. I’ve been a patient of his for a lot of years and he’s very thorough and so are the pa’s that work there. The staff that works there are very friendly and courteous as well. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
Very efficient and Dr Carlson ALWAYS asks you about something personal. You can tell that he truly cares about his patients!
