I had to go in for a PSA testing(bloodwork) No appointment was necessary.So I walked in and signed in and told the receptionist what I was there for and she said take a seat and someone will be with you.about 25 minutes later I was walking out the door all done,even though they had a room full of patients. Great work you guys and girls
My appointment as a first time client went well. Dr Carlson tries to get to know the patient a person level. I have been trying to get my blood pressure down for years. He prescribed me a different medication than I have been taking for years and finally my levels are normal! Thank you Dr. Carlson!
This has been my doctor for two years now.. Not a good doctor's office.. I went in the other day because I was feeling down with a cold or flu, and I had to get my prescription refilled.. They told me I would have to make another appointment to be looked at for my flu symptoms.. I literally left out of my doctor's office sick with no medication.. I like the doctor, that being said the staff is absolutely horrible! I have been seen in the pas month and half 3 times by Dr. Carlson, don’t two extensive blood works, he mentioned if my problem persist I need to go to a cardiologist, my blood pressure out of blue went through the roof I call them to refer me to a cardiologist per his recommendation and all their staff say is I have to been seen again! No matter if I see Dr. Carlson or a PA, i am always in good hands! Professional, friendly and knowledgeable about what is needed to assist me on to better health. My doctor for over 20 years and I'm not going anywhere!
