Doctor shared my private info out loud and bullied me about my looks and personality. This was the first time he had even seen me after going to the clinic for over 6 years. He’s a bully. Front desk staff are rude, and there have been many extra charges I. My bill. Would not recommend

I had my annual physical done by Rowdy. Nice guy. Very professional. I brought a form to be filled out for my health insurance company. Dr. Carlson's office staff could not be bothered to keep proper track of it and I wound up waiting for them to track it down. If the office staff can't keep track of a single piece of paper which should have just been in with my file, what's the likelihood that everything else is being done correctly? Will seek a different PCP.

Scheduled on line with Dr Carlson only to be called and informed that he “doesn’t see sick patients” and rescheduled me to see a PA. Don’t understand and am confused.

Never , the worst stuff ever, I went there for a refill my prescription, one of the stuff made a physical exam and told me that she will send the prescription to my pharmacy,, any way I went to get my prescription and 2 of them haven’t been send yet,, I called the office,,, and there was the most rude person ever,, she told me that I have to come back again and pay again for the visit,, I told her I was just there yesterday I told her that the nurse told me my prescription will be send . I called the office to schedule an appt, told them what I needed and the office person was not helpful, personable, did not fully answer my question. Basically, she could care less. In addition, Dr Carlson gave me a recommendation for a cardiologist who is basically retired. I'm finding another Dr.

After being seen at 1215 for a 1045 appt I felt as though the PA was in a hurry (this is their half day) and did not address all problems which I went for. I think I am having RX called in but am not sure. I have no idea if I am to schedule a follow up or not. Not happy

P.A.s here are each nice but that is outweighed by chronic bad attitude of RN who draws blood, & that RN runs herd over the inept girls who run the font desk. The problem is that if you go here you must go thru that RN & the inept girls in the files area front desk, they'll raise your blood pressure before you see any P.A./doctor.

I wish a zero was possible! I am 12 year patient Dr Carlson has always been good doctor. Recently however his office staff “Misplaces” and often cancels appointments with no notice. Their attitudes and lack of personal responsibility far outway the positive of Dr. Carlson’s treatment. I would not recommend this doctor.
