It was such a joy to work with Brenna Rideout on coordinating our family Disney Cruise! She made the process very easy, and genuinely got to know children’s names, ages, and likes/dislikes to help plan the best trip ever. As this was my first cruise, I had a lot of questions. She gave me great recommendations on the resort we stayed in, provided first hand knowledge of excellent eating establishments, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. My family of 5 had the best Disney vacation ever thanks to Chelsea DeSantis! She walked me through every step of planning. She listened to what I wanted and made it all happen (budget, activities, dining, characters, rides). She was accessible and prompt in her responses. Chelsea helped me feel at ease about the whole experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better time with my family!
Steph was amazing to work with and made our vacation magical right from the start! She was super patient as I asked her for a bunch of different date and room options for our trip and when I had a question while in the park she answered immediately. I planned a Disney Cruise for myself and my granddaughter and I went through Best Day Ever & Christen Korte. What an amazing experience I had. Christen was perfect. Sara Pacheo was so easy to work with. We had to change travel plans a couple of days before our trip due to a storm. She worked tirelessly to make those changes for us. Our trip was perfect; she was on every detail. I cannot praise Sara enough for her kindness, flexibility and information sharing.
