We had 22 family members going on a cruise with a large difference of ages. Lots of details to work out and April did a fantastic job. Would have spent hours more if not days trying to figure eveything out if not for April. Would highly recommend.. Always follwed up when she said she would. FIVE STARS

Samantha is a gem! She was so helpful setting everything up. 4 days at Disney World, 3 days at Universal. She got me great deals at both places. I had so many questions, since I was a complete newbie to the whole process, and she answered every one of them immediately. She made everything go smoothly and quickly. I have used travel agents in other contexts and she is the very best of them all.

Dustin is the BEST! We went with another couple and had no children in our group. (This is important information because it was a Disney Cruise)The cruise was FANTASTIC. Dustin took care of EVERYTHING for us. And Disney totally exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a great travel agent then you want Dustin Hergert.

Our last family trip to Disney World was 20 years ago; a lot has changed! So in order to give my grandson the very best experience I enlisted Meg to help us organize and understand the 'technical' upgrades Disney made. She was phenomenal! Meg was there every step of the way with wonderfully detailed information at the time it was needed. The trip went smoothly, everyone had a great time, and we weren't overwhelmed with the pace. I would recommend Meg in a heartbeat! (And she's the kindest, sweetest person on earth).

I can’t say how grateful I am for Breann’s help in planning our vacation! She was able to book us in adjoining rooms, something I couldn’t do myself on Disney’s web portal. Bree also checked in with us at intervals that were always perfect, making sure everything was going smoothly and that any questions we had were answered. I’m so glad we found Best Day Ever Vacations.  I’ve been wanting to take our kids to Disneyland but dreading the planning for years.  Jesska Daugherty made it so easy and fun to set up our wonderful trip.  She laid out the best options for our family in the most manageable way and we were able to feel confident in our itinerary.  She removed all the stress and anxiety from planning and booking everything and explained everything we needed to know/do on the trip.  So helpful and fun to work with!
