Sara was ABSOLUTELY the most incredible Disney planner we could’ve been matched with. Dannielle was great to work with! I feel like I put her through a lot with of my questions and indecisiveness! And then my daughter got sick 3 days before our trip and she had to talk me through all of our reschedule options (my daughter ended up being well enough to go)! Stop, and don't look any further for a wonderful travel agent. Working with Lauren Forest was smooth ans delightful. She endured that we got the best deals ans even offered some perks. Kalie was amazing! I would highly recommend working with her. She was super sweet, very knowledgable, and quick to respond to questions. At one point I told her I never would have been able to figure out all the details on my own and if it had been up to me we would have had to cancel the plans and come up with another vacation option! MY family and I just came back from our first Disney trip. Our agent, Jen, made the trip feel so manageable. She helped us understand the Disney process, which can be overwhelming the first time around, she secured many details around hotel and dining reservations.
