MY family and I just came back from our first Disney trip. Our agent, Jen, made the trip feel so manageable. She helped us understand the Disney process, which can be overwhelming the first time around, she secured many details around hotel and dining reservations. Jen was able to answer questions every step of the way, and always made herself available. I would definitely recommend BDEV to anyone booking a Disney trip.

I read about BVE on the internet. Great reviews, so decided to let do the legwork, to get the best experience for my 10 year old granddaughter! Tara B.has been great and recommended the ship that is very kid friendly. I had daily contact with Tara. She answered all my questions promptly!  I am excited to have this fun adventure with my granddaughter this summer. 😎

Stephanie Lombardi was our travel agent for my boyfriend and I’s surprise Disney trip that my family had planned for us!! She made it so special and we were so surprised!! She seriously was such an amazing help when I had questions about anything and gave me awesome recommendations for best food, rides, resorts etc. I highly recommend Stephanie!! She is such a gem💕

After attempting to book a Disney vacation for my daughter and her boyfriend I realized I needed the help of travel agent and thank goodness I found Stephanie Lombardi. This was our first experience with BDE, and we were lucky enough to work with Molly on a Disney cruise for extended family. Molly was very well informed about the cruise line, and was very generous in sharing a LOT of information with us. I really like that she shot us emails whenever an important date (e.g., payment, check-in) was approaching, and gave us guidance on how to prepare and respond. I would definitely use BDE again.

Working with Katie Ross on my family’s accommodations for our upcoming Disney trip has been an absolute blessing. This was a spontaneous decision and Katie was very informative, quick to respond, and very thorough in explaining the different options available.
