I had the pleasure of working with Stacie Peterson. This was my first time. Stacie was incredibly magical. She was kind and knew everything I needed before I even asked. Jennifer was such a joy to work with in planning our first trip to Disney! She eased all our worries away and planned everything so perfectly! Stacy Milburn was absolutely spectacular and pulled off a last minute Mediterranean cruise for my daughter and I this summer (she literally was holding the last available cabin on the ship for us!!). She arranged our pre-trip and selected a lovely hotel in the heart of Barcelona for us as well. Thank you so much for the lovely attention and superb turnaround to make this trip happen for us! Truly memorable.

2025 April and May. The agent expressed how important it was to purchase tickets right away. As soon as I knew how many people were going to Disney World, I notified the agent so they could help me purchase the tickets. A few hours went by without hearing from the agent so I thought I'd try and purchase the tickets myself. We used Best Day Ever to plan a 4 night RC utopia of the seas cruise for Feb 2025. Corbie was quick to get us possible trip itineraries/prices and worked with us to find what we wanted. We booked with her as a family of 6 as well as had 2 additional families book thru her. However after booking the cruise, it felt like there was no longer any need to communicate with us.
