WORST MOVE EVER. I've moved several times and have never had such a horrendous experience. Let me start by saying that I booked in for a full service move. I packed and they were to send 3 men and 2 trucks. Only two men and 1 truck arrived. Not only did they smash their truck into my fence, they broke almost every item that was loaded into it. So glad we chose Best Deal Movers!!! Cannot say enough great things about these guys. We did a 2 day move with 3 trucks and 6 guys. The first day they loaded all of our things and the second day they unloaded all of our things. They were professional, efficient and careful. They went above and beyond for us and because they did we had a perfect move!!! 100% recommend!!! Couldn’t be happier!!!
Terrible customer service. What started out nice over a two-day pack-move turned into hours of frustration, mishandling, unprofessional packing. Throwing my stuff in boxes any which way; filled oil lamps laid sideways and the oil leaked out over several boxes and ruined the other things packed in the box; paying for junk removal and then leaving several boxes of junk at the house; not enough room in the truck for my belongings so we are now forced to go back and forth to move it ourselves. I would like to thank Velma for taking the time to give me estimates for both a two men and three men crew. I decided to use three men, one truck and three hours. Velma gave me an estimate for four hours that way I would have an idea of what my approx. cost would be. My move was scheduled for 10/14/2023 with an arrival window (8:30am-10am). Setting up the move was easy, and the movers showed up on time. Better yet they notified me of their ETA. They worked carefully and efficiently and had plenty of blankets and two hand trucks along with a lift truck and ramps. I would definitely use them again.
