Amazing Service From the first phone call to arrange an estimate to the final box, this company showed such care and professionalism. Mike and Mary always made time for my questions pre-move. The three men that helped me move on an emotional day made it much easier than I thought possible. Very Impressed! JR in the office was very helpful from the early stages of planning and getting estimates to the day of our move. He was very easy to talk to on the phone and answered all my questions. I was a little hesitant because their estimate was lower than two other companies I contacted. They wrapped all the furniture very well and boxed our large TV. We had a very pleasant experience with all of the staff, but the movers were exceptional! Great Service! The level of customer service the associates of this company provided my company was an excellent one. I decided to hire this moving company because of Mike- He was outstanding on the phone and answered every question I had- even after calling several times. Good company - great service Our move went well but it took longer than we expected. Charlie and Mike did a great job. Charlie is the best "packer" I've ever seen. We had no dings or scratches. Mike gets my vote as the most energetic and enthusiastic mover in the industry. Thanks again to Best Deal Movers.
Great move BDM was a joy to work with overall. Their communication was perfect and Lance made sure everything went smoothly. The day of the move was rainy, but JB, Willie and Rodney were fun to chat with and did a great job even through the tough conditions. The price we paid BDM was very fair and even much cheaper than I expected. I couldnt say a cross word about them.
Great Experience I was quite pleased with Best Deal Movers. From the beginning Lance did an excellent job getting everything set up and he made himself available throughout the process. The team Mike, LD (LeDerris), Gary, Eddie, Jason and Charles showed up on time, they were very polite, professional and worked hard and efficiently. They completed the move ahead of schedule and didn't break anything. I would use them again and recommend the company.
Wonderful Moving Experience These folks were so good that I'm still wondering where they could have gone wrong. From Lance's really amazing set up in the beginning, to the actual move, they were really flawless.
