Very courteous and responsive. The entire staff worked with me while I dealt with the HOA approvals. Good estimate and no hidden fees. The installers worked fast but did a GREAT job! Highly recommend Best Fence and Rail.

I had a great experience with Best Fence! The initial appointment with Gary was a breeze! He was prompt and easy to work with. Tish did an awesome job with the all the paperwork and helping me with permits etc. My installers Brian and Brad were efficient and so nice (even to my neighbor who wasn't so pleased with the height of the fence...) ! Best Fence has put fences in two houses for us, now. We just had them back out to rebuild a gate after having pavers put in under it and not realizing that would create an issue - they were (once again!) friendly, polite, and efficient, from the team who worked on the fence, to the woman scheduling the work. Highly recommend them - they are price competitive, do a great job, and pleasant to work with.

Best Fence has been on our property, on and off for different projects, approximately a half-dozen times in the past year or so. I am not exaggerating when I say that the quality of work as well as the service have been exceptional - every single time. In addition, the team of people who take your calls and work in the office have also been tremendous to work with - always helpful, accommodating, and courteous. Best Fence just finished doing my entire backyard and gates. Including a large double gate on one side for my RV parking spot access. The installers Jonathan and Jacarri were so friendly and timely - showed up and got right to work. Teardown of my old wood fence and post was included which they cleaned up nicely and hauled away. They checked with me along the way if this was ok, which way for the gates to swing, etc. Couldn't be happier with the results and definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Arrived on time with a smile, polite, reviewed plan and concerns and addressed every single concern, assuring complete satisfaction, cleaned fence by hand at the end, fence is level, took care of my plants around where fence was being installed. White vinyl fence installed with 100% satisfaction because they are so service oriented. Highly recommended!
Unbelievable! The communication. The professionalism. Not from the sales staff, that’s expected. But the office staff and the installers. Highly recommend.
