Best Fence has been on our property, on and off for different projects, approximately a half-dozen times in the past year or so. I am not exaggerating when I say that the quality of work as well as the service have been exceptional - every single time. In addition, the team of people who take your calls and work in the office have also been tremendous to work with - always helpful, accommodating, and courteous. I highly recommend Best Fence without a doubt.

Let's start from the beginning. We're asked 4 companies for new fence quotes. Gary was the only one of the 4 to show up on time. Bet punctual and very personal. Nick and Michael, the gentlemen who installed the fence were beyond great. Every morning when they arrived, they let us know what would be done that day. They did what they said. When done, everything was cleaned up and left in perfect condition. Don't use anyone else.

I have used Best Fence twice now and will continue to use them when I need fencing. From Tish being super helpful from the start to install with Brian and Keith, I recommend they every day of the week and twice on Sunday. They walk you through the entire process and help with the HOA. Then on the day of install they go through the plan and then do a final walkthrough. If you go with Best Fence, you won’t be disappointed.

Best Fence just finished doing my entire backyard and gates. Including a large double gate on one side for my RV parking spot access. The installers Jonathan and Jacarri were so friendly and timely - showed up and got right to work. Teardown of my old wood fence and post was included which they cleaned up nicely and hauled away. They checked with me along the way if this was ok, which way for the gates to swing, etc. Couldn't be happier with the results and definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the service and professionalism of your staff from obtaining a quote, the process up to the install and the day of the install. When they crew arrived, Brandon walked me around my property to ensure we were on the same page for the install, checked in with me throughout the day and answered all my questions. They went above and beyond to ensure the install was perfect!!!

Best Fence is simply... THE BEST!!! The entire staff from the salesman (Greg), to the scheduler (Nate), the accountant (LeAnn), to the installer (Jonathan) were a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable, reasonable, and followed through on every promise. We reached out to 3 different fence companies, and Best Fence had the best pricing, follow-up and delivery. In comparison, two of our neighbors went with two different fence companies in town, and they still do not have their fences installed and ran into issues that delayed their projects. Best Fence filed our HOA paperwork for us, worked around my schedule, and offered solutions rather than up-selling. For example, when Greg came out and I explained what I wanted for my dogs (a puppy fence), he recommended that I just get the standard white vinyl and black aluminum gates and then go to Home Depot to gather the supplies to make it so my sister's 10 lb. pups can not get through. That recommendation is why we went with Best Fence. Greg could've sold me the expensive puppy gate, but instead he analyzed why I wanted it and made a more economical recommendation for my family. When Jonathan came out to install the fence, he was professional, patient and the hardest worker I have ever seen. He and his crew put up our 72x40x72 fence in a day and a half. Jonathan explained to me what common "issues" were that I should call about as the fence settles in and was passionate about our satisfaction with the final product. You could tell that he was extremely proud of his work. The fence looks amazing and the install was quick and non-intrusive to my schedule to install. I have a three week old baby at home, and the crew was on time, worked quickly, quietly and texted me when they had a question, as to not disrupt the baby. The crew was also , and did a beautiful job. If you're looking at fence companies, go with Best Fence!
