I had a great experience with Best Mattress. Sam C. was amazing. He helped me find the mattress that worked best for me, and he went out of his way to get me financed. He is a pro at customer service! Top notch!!!

This mattress purchase took far too long. Sadly I went to 4 mattress stores prior to this location including Best Mattress on Ft Apache & Mattress Firm on Charleston. If only I had shopped at Cameron's store first. I found the perfect mattress a week earlier in a different store but unfortunately couldn't get back to the store for 3 days as my son had gotten an injury in school. When I went back to that location, a different salesman tried to sell me a $7500 mattress as the one I had loved was discontinued. So not paying t... read more

great experience! Kris was very helpful in helping me choose a great mid-range queen size mattress. i told him i needed it delivered quickly due to time constraints. he worked extra hard to make sure i got delivery quickly and provided excellent customer service overall. I would highly recommend this store.

Was greeted instantly when I walked in by Cameron asking how I could be helped. After telling him what I was looking for in a mattress, he took me right to the spot I needed to be and had me lay on different mattresses to find my comfort level. After choosing my mattress, he was able to give me great prices as well as helpful information. I was in and out in probably 40 minutes and felt great about my purchase. After telling him what I was looking for in a mattress, he took me right to the spot I needed to be and had me lay on different mattresses to find my comfort level.
