After shopping around at several different stores, I have to say, I bought my mattress at Best Mattress because of the superior customer service that Darrick Gathright provided. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was friendly, patient, and provided me with several options to help me stay within my budget. While other salespeople I've experienced are pushy, Darrick is anything but. I would (and already have) recommend going to see him if you are in need of a mattress.

Store Manager, Darrick Gathright, is awesome, most customer-focused and friendly, welcoming to our family moving to Vegas from out of town. In fact, I was so happy with first purchase of two beds, I went back and ordered a third one today! Same day delivery in my case was awesome and most appreciated. Bought a mattress last week Derrick was very nice & helpful. No pressure, he didn't try to "sale" me on the most expensive mattress. Great experience in store. Delivery was a little of a headache, but I Love my mattress!! :)

Went in to Best mattress today to see what kind of technology mattresses have now and sales going on. I was greeted by Darrick G. Very nice fellow. He asked a few questions and showed me a few mattresses that would benefit my needs. I bought a nice Serta Cali King and got a great deal and had it delivered the same day by two very nice fellows. I was impressed with the service and Attentiveness with this companies employees. I don't recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy mattresses and or accessories.

My experience was oh so positive! Shona was knowledgeable and customer service to myself and two other parties present was exceptional! You exceeded my expectations!
