Derek stayed late to help us pick a mattress and got us a great deal. He didn't rush us at all. The mattress should last us another 30 years, but if this place is still around when it bites the dust, we'll come back.

Being current owners of a TP bed, it was time For an upgrade. Derrick was extremely Helpful explaining the various models and giving pricing options as well as what would work best for us. His knowledge of the product was excellent, and was also very pleasant during our store visit. We walked out knowing we had purchased the right mattress to suit our needs. Highly recommend this store and Derrick for ur future mattress purchases.

So glad we opted to pay just a bit more for the quality and customer service at Best Mattress! We had been looking at frames and mattresses at Ikea and got really overwhelmed! We've had the new box spring and mattress for a week now and LOVE it!

I took My Mother to look for a new mattress there and we couldn't be happier with the service we received from Dan! We was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He gave us the best price on the Icomfort mattress that my mom choice. She got next day delivery and they even moved her old bed to another room for her! I would definitely recommend Best Mattress and our salesman Dan!

I went to the mattress firm location on west Charleston and Durango. Upon entering the store can introduce himself. I told him I wanted to look at some mattresses. He did not pressure me which I like. I ended purchased a mattress and a few other accessories. My mattress was deliver yesterday even the guys that delivered it were nice . I like the fact the company takes the old mattress. Most companies do not take old mattress
