I purchased two Serta mattresses, foundations and bed frames on Tuesday, May 11th at this fantastic store. I was impressed with the great customer service beginning with Dana, the Customer Service manager, for the company and then with Darrick, the store manager. He was friendly, and explained everything about the items I was purchasing. He arranged for same day delivery because I was there before 1 pm. Derrick is an asset to this company. I came in at 12:30 and he was able to help me choose a mattress that suited me, got a credit approval and was able to still make same day delivery! Moving from out of state and not having a bed was adding to my stress and Darrick made it all disappear in moments. Also, the delivery staff was super friendly and came back next day to replace a box spring due to a little tear. 10 out of 10 on all levels! I highly recommend this location. Darrick is a keeper

Just bought a new mattress and adjustable platform. Shopping at best mattress was super easy and the staff was very friendly. They price matched the brand's website Black Friday sale price so we got a fantastic deal.
