I didn't even go into the store looking to buy a mattress, I was waiting for my Chinese food to be ready; but the store manager Melissa was so inviting and professional it got me intrigued. I had a great time trying different beds as she treated me with unexceptional service without trying to push me to buy anything, unlike other companies last time I bought a bed years ago. I'll start this review by stating my issue is not with the people my issue is with the company policy. I purchased a mattress a 9/16/24. When I went in, I told the sales person that my husband and I were big people and we needed something that would be sturdy. We ended up buying a purple which we loved, but it was hard to get out of and it's more for back sleepers versus side sleepers. Don't buy from them Apparently the ten year warranty on my mattress is void since I have the wrong foundation WHO KNEW NO MENTION WAS MADE EVER TO ME THAT I NEEDED A SPECIAL FOUNDATION My bed was ordered from internet a few years ago and has standard slat foundation I would never buy from this store and never buy a Sealy mattress because of this
Update to my review: Kayla M. did call me back from Best Mattress Customer Service. She did say that if anything was wrong with my Mattress that was delivered to me that Best Mattress would replace it with no added fees at anytime. BUT THEN................. (just a little backround) My Mattress was delivered to me with only one strap on it and it was BENT OVER like a taco. I paid about $3,400 for it and it was treated like trash. I purchased a iComfort mattress at this store it is so CHEAP poor quality; it began to show body impressions after a month. Why would a company sell such a poor product. Anyway the bigger issues is trying to return it. It cost $2100 now where stuck. That manager Melissa is Prejudice it's so unfortunate she felt threatened and called the police because we were black Americans, no one raised their voices at her my husband and I just wanted to return the mattress she sold us.
