This is the absolutely the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a mattress! Melissa, the Manager, took the time to explain the various features of different mattresses and guided me through the selection process. Thank you Melissa!

This was my first time buying a mattress, and I was a little nervous having heard some horror stories about sales people in the mattress industry. But this place was awesome. Everything was pressure free. No awkwardness. Transparent. Super comfortable. My fiancé and I bought a mattress for a great deal and are super happy with it.

Mattress shopping sounds very boring, and very confusing to me. I just signed a lease at Juhl and have NO furniture. So I've been putting this errand off for too long. Anyhow today I found myself in Green Valley for random errands, and decided to get my mattress situation figured out finally. I'm not at all surprised to see so many people praising Melissa. She goes the extra mile for ya! She was very honest, informative & patient with me. And attentive, she remembered specifics about our last visit a week earlier, I was impressed by that. Just bought my first memory foam mattress! Delivery was next day, these guys were strictly business, in and out under two minutes. They even wrapped my old mattress and took it downstairs for me. Would highly recommend this place and yep you guessed it.. Ask for Melissa!

First off, I would like to express how grateful I am to see that there is still such a thing as "Outstanding Customer Service." I have never dealt with a salesperson as pleasant and friendly and non pressuring as Melissa (Store Manager). So I stopped by yesterday to look at/price a new box spring. Melissa was helping another customer but still was able to get in a pheasant hello as I walked in the store. After we looked around a few minutes, Melissa stepped away from the customer she was with so he could take a moment to decide which mattress he wanted to buy. Melissa the manager at Best Mattress rocks!!! She is extremely nice and personable. She is so helpful and very knowledgeable about the products in her store. The store was very clean and a lot of mattresses to compare. I would highly recommend this store. We had no idea what we wanted in our new mattress and Melissa showed us every option.

I would definetly recommend Best Mattress!! Melissa, who is the manager, greeted us as soon as we opened the door. She was very knowledgeable and asked what price range we wanted. In just a matter of 30minutes we had picked out a full size bed for our son. Also got an amazing mattress protector for not only his bed but ours as well. Our experience was great!

We stopped in to the store to learn more about adjustable beds. Our salesperson, Melissa, was so informative and helpful. We ended up getting an adjustable bed frame and mattress. It was delivered within a week. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend the store and especially dealing with Melissa.
