Our salesman who helps us with our mattress purchase was excellent - so kind, genuine, friendly and truly took the time to listen to what we were looking for and helped us find the best deal. We had previously gone to mattress firm and were so disappointed with the service we received- they were trying to get us to buy an expensive mattress and we're not listening to what we wanted. I would recommend this place to anytime I meet in the southern utah area- Donnie is the best!!! Go see him and he will take great care of you

Actually thinking about buying another matress for no reason just so I can deal with Donnie and his "big boss" again. Being in the sales/customer service industry I pride myself on my level of customer service.....but was taken by surprise at the level of customer service I achieved......Donnie better be around when the next time comes....hell i would hire him on a personal basis to go shopping with me on major purchases just for the experience lol. The man is good at what he does!
100% satisfied with the customer service that I received. Donnie helped me out by making my purchase a lot less stressful. I came in extremely indecisive on what type of mattress I wanted to get. Came here by accident while out about looking for mattresses on sale for Memorial Day. I was greeted by Donnie who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I felt guided through the process with ease.
The employee who helped us was not pushy, and was able to give us a great deal! He was honest. The mattress is so incredibly soft, and I just love it! I will definitely be coming back to Best Mattress when I am in need of another mattress!
