We went in there to find the best pillow top mattress we could feel and find. My better half suffers from fibromyalgia and sleep has always been really hard to come by due to the pain caused by laying down. When we met Jeremy, we quickly stated what we where after and to show us what he has. I'm far from impressed. I'm not sure what I did to deserve to be treated how I've been, but I will never buy from these guys again, and will steer everyone I know AWAY from them when they need a new bed. I purchased a set from Best Mattress on Red Cliffs Drive. The first night, it was not comfortable and had some weird sagging. Warranty guys came out, noticed a problem with the box springs. This store is a rip off, I went in looking to purchase a mattress for me and my fiancé, after trying literally every mattress in the store we decided on one that they were having a special on for Presidents' Day, when purchasing this mattress the store manager Jeremy claims he told me there was no refund or exchange for the mattress, even tho I'm the ad for the sale it claims 120 day satisfaction guarantee. Old man lost a sale. Shame too because we liked the bed we wanted to buy. This was the second mattress store we went to and the second worst. Worst in the area is discount mattress. Avoid them at all costs. My wife and I need a new bed for health reasons. We're not the type to buy from the first place or buy just because you think you're a good salesman giving us a " deal of a lifetime".
