Nathan was great took care of all my conserns was on the job Site and just a real nice guy.
Nathan was very open about cost estimate up front.
Luis came out the day after I called, found the source of the leak in my roof (faulty chimney caulking) and fixed it while he was there, all for a fair price. The office staff were helpful and worked around my schedule. I will be calling Best Way again for gutter work in the spring.
Luis did a great job of walking me through the entire process. He basically told me what was going to happen every step of the way and inserted himself in the process when he was needed. He was happy to speak with my Insurance Company when needed and made extra sure that the job was done in a professional and timely manner. After a tree fell on our house, damaging the roof and structure, I contacted 3 roofing contractors. Best Way, a family run company, was the only one who returned all my calls and showed up on time for appointments. They worked from early morning until dusk never leaving the site. They did what they promised, including all dealings with the insurance company, repairing the structural damage, and replacing the entire roof in 3 days!! In January!!!
