He arrived with the most impressive presentation (handouts) of all the contractors who came to give us estimates. Luis was the most professional of all the contractors that bid on the job. The contract was clear from the beginning. He didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of items I didn't need. His crew completed the job in one day as promised, cleaned up everything. Highly recommend.
