I was on the road and had a computer glitch in the vehicle. I found Beyer and they were kind enough to take the car immediately and run a complete diagnostic. It was a mystery problem as the car is brand new, until they discovered that a rodent appears to have nibbled on a wire. They gave me a rental car while they fixed it and even called with updates on their progress.They were thorough, fixed the wire completely and the customer service was absolutely top notch. Excellent experience. Beyer Subaru offers late model SUV loaner vehicles for free if you need to run errands while your car is being serviced. This makes it very convenient to have my car serviced there. Dealership is very modern, clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Dont like addition of repairs that cannot be fully confirmed -Like the overall service rendered.

Service was great. The salesman (Caleb) was informed and informative. And clever. We came looking for used and bought 2024 model. One minor follow-up issue (re-setting of maintenance advisory messages) was quickly resolved with a phone call. Design comments: Glove box too small, the little shelf on dash is of questionable utility. The plastic "shopping bag hooks" in the back are too small to hold a normal shopping bag, and of no use in mounting a cargo net. Love the car! J Greene
