Very efficient and professional
This was an intermittent problem (the hardest type to diagnose) with the power rear gate, which would sometimes refuse to latch (making the car essentially undriveable because of the loud warning alarm) and sometime refuse to unlatch. The car had to go into the shop three times before the defective component was finally found (of course, it's never the most obvious one!), but the service department was extremely responsive and the service advisor determined to stay on top of the problem until it was finally solved.
