The car is only a year old so I was only in for an oil change, VA State inspection, and to have the tires rotated. Everything went smoothly and they wasked the inside and outside of the car. Very pleased.
Because of COVID 19 I was concerned to drop my car and to wait onsite. Don Breyers pick up and delivery option was excellent and filled this demand.
My car was leaking fluid and Beyer Subaru came and picked it up, left me with an emergency loaner car (this was during Corona lockdown so I wasnt going anywhere) and brought mine back fixed and shiny after giving it a thorough going over (work was covered by warranty). I was very pleased once again with their customer service.
The under the hood service was ok, but seemed expensive to me. The car wash was not very thorough and the inside was not vacuumed at all. I wouldn't have said anything but you asked, and this is my truth.
The adviser quickly consulted the technicians, identified the problem and presented me with options. I made my choice and the car was ready at the appointed time and the adviser notified me by phone.
Service was great, as usual. Courteous, efficient and professional.
It was a delight working with Trent.
Picked up and delivered back.
