Excellent as always. They are taking proper protections.
I assume the service was good - I can't see the alignment and replaced suspension bushings, so can only vouch for the oil change. Cost very high.
Brent as the service agent and Jeremy as the technician did great work. Together we sought unsuccessfully to duplicate the intermittent rumbling noise coming from the lower right middle of the vehicle. Jeremy put the vehicle on the rack, saw nothing amiss, but made sure all fittings were tight. I haven't heard the noise since. I'm completely satisfied.
My service experience was very good. Excellent diagnostics and follow through. Was provided with a courtesy vehicle due to the extended nature of the repairs. Trent, my service rep located a coupon for me saving me $200.00 off the cost of my timing belt replacement.
Performed recall services while I waited. Quick, quiet and social distancing was observed.
