My service was supervised by Stephanie & shes very knowledgeable & patient & helpful. And she remembered my dog was eligible for a dog toy. Wow! It was only an oil consumption test, but she cares.

Rob was great when I had to come in for my tires being too low and then for the recall. He made it ok even though it was disconcerting to have this happen for my car only 6 months old.
