Nice to have personal interface with the mechanic who c Cddid the work on my car. Great feeling. Must get to know the new service manager. However My Forrester was very well taken care Of. Dependable service department been with them for over 20 years.

The service manager was very helpful and friendly, and took the time to go on a long driveability test with me. Unfortunately, they were not able to determine the nature of the problem, which only got worse. The car is being towed back to Subaru today.
