Excellent service and prompt attention
Excellent service. Was supposed to be just oil change and tire rotation but inspection showed need to replace bushings which was done under warranty. Dealer arranged for Uber back to home and later back to dealer as service took longer. Shay, the customer service rep was most helpful.
My car has only been touched by this dealership!!! It is a fantastic car that they keep running!!!! Will continue to take car back!!!!! Their Service Reps are top notch....always so helpful........Adam, you owe me a phone call.....LOL See you next time!!!!!!!
We had bought a tire repair service plan when we bought the Forester. It was a good thing. This is the third time using it and they checked out a tire we had that was going flat each day. They put in a plug and washed and vacuumed as well as did a spot check. Making the appointment was easy online, the check in was easy and efficient.
