The car needed a lot of critical fixes, but Beyer Subaru met the estimated cost and 3-day time frame. So with the loaner car and adequate information provided by Service Consultant Sandie Au, it was overall a good experience.
Obtaining an appointment was easy and efficient. The tech person was there to check me in and for the first time, I was sent a link to check on the status of the work to be completed. I checked it several times and it was extremely helpful. Loved this idea. The work was completed and check out was quick and efficient. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

I love everything about the dealership service department, and the service they provide. I do not like the high cost of this service, however. I spend more on this car annually than I ever spent before. That does not make me inclined to consider a second Subaru.
