The customer service department staff were friendly and professional. They completed the needed repairs on my car in record time, always keeping me updated on the progress. The cost of repairs was also reasonable. The waiting room area is large and comfortable. They offer free TV, internet, snacks, and beverages for customers while they wait. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
Luis was excellent in arranging a visit with your shop foreman, whose name I forget, who was incredibly helpful in explaining the functioning of the ignition system.
Ordered and installed new tires, replaced brakes and rotors on my Outback 3.6. Always excellent customer service and communication.
replaced battery cable. not in stock, had to return next day after part recd.and checkout of battery.
Excellent staff, but the service is probably prohibitively expensive.
