As always Beyer provides great service on my vehicle. However, I failed to receive my senior discount which I always receive since I'm 79 years old. Their technicians are outstanding and the administrative staff is extremely competent and courteous.

Once I got there, the tech stated it would take a while and recommended I get a loaner car, so I did. Which was good because the Outback was kept overnight. They fixed DCM battery failure, performed the safety inspection and found a wiper blade that was ripped and replaced it. Everything went well and they did a great job explaining what was and will be needed.
The service was excellent. Communication was consistent regarding updates on the work. The waiting area is well stocked with water and snacks for those of us who wait for our car repairs. Overall, a very good experience.
The service was prompt, professional and everyone was friendly. I was so impressed with the clean bathroom.
They loaded up on a lot of things they said needed to be done, but neglected to do the ONE thing we needed, which was the state inspection. So now it's on me to get it to a gas station in the next week.
This facility is great both in cost and service. The technician (Michael) that works on my car did an excellent job. I brought my car to this facility for a coolant flush due to oil residue I found in my coolant reservoir. After the cooling system cleaning and flush service, my car runs much better. This was the second time the same technician (Michael) did service on my car, and for each service, I noticed a significant improvement in my car's performance.
