Great customer service and friendly atmosphere.
A.C. seems to be working right. Need to go back and have it checked. Got the lighting fixed too. Shay listened attentively and took notes. She followed through with the mechanic and informed me what they needed to do. Car was ready as promised. Shay stayed on top of the repair work and inform me of the progress. She did a good job.

Beyer Subaru staff was professional, friendly and dedicated. They took time to communicate what the car needed and when they were able to get parts. They also helped me deal with my car insurance to cover the cost of the repairs.
The Service Department at Beyer Subaru always provides me prompt, courteous service in maintaining my Outback. The waiting area has comfortable seating, wifi access, workspace for using mobile devices and also includes water and coffee service and snacks. I purchased my Outback from Beyer Subaru because of the reputation of its Service Department.
Jay was very professional and there was complete transparency with pricing and timing.
I had a flat tire (a puncture). I needed a new tire. It was taken care of as soon as I arrived. I was very impressed with the service I received.
