As always, service was courteous, respectful and efficient. John listened carefully to my concerns. I greatly appreciated the free loaner car, which was needed overnight, since the A/C situation demanded more time. Everything is great and the A/C keeps us cool in this very hot summer weather! For the work that was completed (it was very thorough), the bill was reasonable. Beyer, you're the best!
