Good that they found wheel bearings needed to be replaced. Appreciate the courtesy wash and cleaning. Very good waiting area and restroom. Payment was smooth. Had to ask for a copy of the courtesy inspection and for explanations from service advisor.

Despite my late arrival, I was welcomed immediately by staff and was also provided with a way home since one of the recalls for the car would take a few days to complete. Upon pickup of the car, I was surprised by the beautiful cleaning of the exterior.
