It was easy to get an appointment for the scheduled maintenance required on my 2020 Subaru Outback, which I purchased at this dealership, Beyer Subaru of Alexandria. I was greeted courteously on my arrival and chose to take a walk to get breakfast at a nearby restaurant. I'm was happy to receive a call as I walked back to the dealership telling me that the vehicle was ready ahead of the promised time, including checking out a fixing a minor window malfunction. Great service team and comfortable waiting area.

Sebastian provided excellent customer service as well as the cashier. My car was taken care of quickly professionally and I took advantage of the wait time to test drive three cars. My car was returned to me washed and vacuumed and ready for my summer road trip. Thank yo!

Knew what needed to be accomplished. Kept me informed as went through the process and explained to me repairs needed. I gave approval on each one. Great interaction between the service advisor and the tech. Great feeling of satisfaction!!
