We have several maintenance issues that have not been fixed since we moved in back in November. Most notable is that my living room floods every time it rains hard. Nothing has been done or fixed in this unit shy of one Stair that I alluded to legal action if someone got hurt. I spend too much money on this unit for this company to act like slum lords.
BAD EXPERIENCE! Worst place to live in!! I have the picture that shows why!! Worth to read. Here is the story: I was a resident at maple grove apartments which is owned by BEZTAK properties. during that period the stairs (nearly 7 ft in height) collapsed when I was walking on it because of bad maintenance. Wish I could give 0 stars! Live in Belleville and have been treated like garbage by the property manager and none of my months & months of complaints have been resolved! Headed to Farmington hills today to file a formal complaint! Sad I have to drive 40 miles to do this!
