I currently live in Cameron Apartments it's a good place to stay if you looking for somewhere to call home and the office manager and working in the office is nice and friendly and respect and will help you anyway they can it's and no crime in Cameron Apartment and they keep the apartments safe and clean and nice with good Security and neighbors

I've lived in a Beztak community for the last 4 years and it has been a good experience. They renovated my apartment and this year they gave me new windows. Everyone in the office is very kind, the maintenance guy just asked me if I needed anything else when he replaced my filters - I had a piece of furniture I was trying to put together and he finished it for me. I'm very happy here.

The three years I've spent under beztak management have been very pleasant. They respond quickly to concerns and show great customer service from the leasing staff to the offices. I appreciate being treated fairly and having my concerns addressed.

**I would not recommend leasing from Beztak Corporation or this apartment community.** After living here for almost two years, my experience has been extremely disappointing. My biggest concern is the condition of my apartment and the way management handled serious health and maintenance issues. On June 5, I discovered mold on my furnace filter after management had claimed a company had recently replaced it. Fire everybody. Change your business practices and get better information vendors. They manage an apartment called Beech Meadows and the application process is arduous, requires very sensitive information like wanting access to your bank. Better to just look for other options if available

They never answer the phone, never return phone calls. The apartment that I rented at Lakeside Terrace, property manager and leasing agents would not give me a legal lease to sign for six months because they said the portal was unavailable. A paper legal lease was never offered in the office , and forced me to rent month to month with overcharges of rent Which I never agreed to or signed anything. I put in a 30 day notice. There property manager at beech meadows never ever returns calls or emails you call the corporate office an always get a voice mail you leave messages an never receive a call back there maintenance people an office people are very rude an unprofessional! Wow after reading all of the reviews I am pretty sure I may have to move on when my lease expires. I have lived in Waterford Harbour Apts for 3 years. this is the 3rd management take over. The photos on website of property will be a false sense of what all the units don't look like I have had a rotten bug infested landscape bark fence in my yard I addressed it when I moved in, I was told it would be replaced nothing yet.
