The most wonderful company ever, so glad that we went with them! Everything was terrific, got a whole new roof replacement and I’m so happy with it and how everything turned out! The entire team was super friendly, Josh was super helpful walked me through every step! I definitely recommend 10/10!! I will definitely be referring them to my friends since they do have a referral program!
Wonderful company! I was very concerned being a senior that problems I mentioned to others companies would not be addressed. Josh was excellent to work with. He walked the property and let me voice "all concerns" I had. He explained how each issue would be taken care of. He treated me like family not a worrisome customer. Jose quoted me such a good price; I had to get 2 more estimates. Nobody came close. After researching the company and getting another quote; I went with Anchor. The wind took the tarp off my green house and my pond flooded. We had a big storm 1/2/22. My foundation is dry and my gutters are doing a great job. Thanks Guys!!!!
knowledgeable, great communication, quick but thorough. Josh thoroughly inspected the work when it was done. He found a few minor tweaks and called his crew back to address them. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend them for any roof related issues.
Stay away from these people. After 3 years, they came out to repair a gutter/downspout. Left it worse than it was. Absolutely RUDE front office girl. They just lost a $50K new job over because of her.
I wish I could give them zero stars. This experience has been an absolute nightmare. The job was done in May of 2022 and we noticed our attic leaking in November 2022. I called them, they came out to "fix" the issue. They had since come out numerous times to fix the same issues to no avail. Joshue is completely unprofessional, rude and now refuses to have any communication with us since April 11, 2023. I give Big Anchor a big fat ZERO ?. They did an unsatisfactory job with incompetent workers. The painter is the worst. He painted over flaking paint and Masonite siding that I had asked to be replaced. They would not tell me when they would be on my property to work- I consider that trespassing. They installed my roof and gutters and done a nice job. However, when they put my mom’s roof on and other work, Josh, Freddy, and Seth (although he sounds most sincere) have lied and ignored a discoloration on small area of the roof. It’s such a minor problem but they won’t fix it and they won’t even give my mom an invoice. Beware, they may do a good job initially but they DO NOT stand behind their work or word even though this is due to their materials and would be warranty work. My complaint is with the owner of big anchor roofing and gutters. We were wanting drip edge put on and also to fix rot in the soffit. The owner asked us how we wanted the drip edge installed. It’s like asking how do you want us to install a roof. The drip edge was installed all different ways cutting our gutter guards in some places and not in others.
