They installed my roof and gutters and done a nice job. However, when they put my mom’s roof on and other work, Josh, Freddy, and Seth (although he sounds most sincere) have lied and ignored a discoloration on small area of the roof. It’s such a minor problem but they won’t fix it and they won’t even give my mom an invoice. Beware, they may do a good job initially but they DO NOT stand behind their work or word even though this is due to their materials and would be warranty work. My complaint is with the owner of big anchor roofing and gutters. We were wanting drip edge put on and also to fix rot in the soffit. The owner asked us how we wanted the drip edge installed. It’s like asking how do you want us to install a roof. The drip edge was installed all different ways cutting our gutter guards in some places and not in others.
