I hired Big Bear Roofing to repair serious water damage under my chimney in Jan 2024 in North Charleston. Matthew is an absolute professional who is proud of his company and the work they do. In a world of fly-by-night cowboy companies in the construction business, Matthew is a diamond in a sea of glass- Someone who actually stands behind his work and does what he says he will do. I will certainly hire again!

He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and was always available for my many questions! The Big Bear crew worked professionally making sure they did not damage any shrubs or grass. Evan was our salesperson and showed high knowledge and expertise of all facets of the roofing business. He knew his product and understood the job requirements from start to finish. Since this was an insurance claim he guided us through the necessary procedures. He took many photographs of the damage, using a drone, and even met with the appraisers to show them his findings. Very nice, honest people. Had storm damage and they did all the legwork with the insurance. Had some one here for the insurance inspector to point out the damage and ensure everything went smoothly. The only money I had to pay was my insurance deductible. The work was completed within a week of filing with the insurance
Outstanding service with quality materials being used. The small complaint I had was dealt with quickly and resolved feverishly fast. I would recommend Big Bear Roofing to anyone.

Big ð?» Roofing made the process of replacing our roof so simple and fought for us to get upgraded shingles and not pay anything over our deductible. Everyone we spoke with and worked with were extremely nice, knowledgeable and hard working. Clean up was crazy, it was a mess but they did a fantastic job. They made sure we were 100% satisfied. I don't have any other roofing company to compare them to but for sure recommend them to any of my friends.
Great experience with Big Bear as they guided me through the process, with great communication and terrific customer service along the way. Very happy overall, especially the outcome, would recommend their services!
