We were very pleased with the excellent repair and high quality of the new shingles placed on our roof. Everyone on the Big Bear team were very considerate to us and very professional. Michael P***** worked really hard to make sure that our insurance company covered all the damage to our home, both inside and outside. Also Todd W*** and David did an excellent job repairing sheetrock and painting ceiling area of the garage and four areas in the house.

I called Big Bear because I had a leak on my roof. They said I needed a new roof. I had a lifetime warranty. 8 months later the same leak leaked and they would do nothing to help me fix it. Never use Big Bear! I have several contractors with evidence of their poor workmanship and pictures to prove this but because I did not crawl up my my steep roof (I am 47 year old female) and take the pictures myself it is my fault. In 2015 I had my roof redone. Not due to any damage, but because it was that time. My home was built in 1987 & needed an upgrade. The contractor was great. They were reasonably priced of all the quotes I had gotten, efficient, & thorough. In October 2016 Hurricane Matthew came through the Charleston area. It brought substantial high winds, heavy rain, broke trees, uprooted trees, & flooded in some areas. After the storm passed, we found several large limbs on our roof.
