RecommendedMy husband, son, and I had dinner here tonight and our experience was amazing. The food is good and the atmosphere is always friendly. But tonight, our server Alicia definitely went above and beyond. My son has a seizure disorder and is prone to headaches. He had a headache come on quickly and started crying and said he didn't feel well. She brought a stuffed bunny over to our table and gave it to him and said she hoped he felt better. Definitely an excellent place to take your family.
Gabby was so great! Made sure all of our food was just to our liking and we were having a great experience. Would recommend this place and Gabby for your server hands down!
Went with my wife to dinner tonight,Cassie was quick to greet us and get our drinks and take our order,but it took 25 minutes to get our food and it was ice cold,said she would take care of it,turns out taking card of it is putting it in a microwave, 3rd and last try at this establishment,too many other choices of places to eat easily in a 2 block radius.
They discriminate against older people especially someone that is deaf. We were told they had complaints at two different times. We do not understand what we did but everything was said in front of whole restaurant. Also for the one family I saw leaving because of two old ladies sitting in a restaurant we have no idea what we did wrong. Having a disability is not fun. Service dogs are not welcome at BIG BOY. Was told that PTSD is not a service dog valid disability and not not welcomed in there rstaurant
Very little choices, I asked for a cheese Burger with green olivies and Mayo and some coleslaw. Well the waiter came back in 3minutes with a hamburger that had to of been heated in microwave with mayo and a small dish with kalamanta (red olivies). I had to stop him to ask where my coleslaw was. He then bought me out a small dish of purple cabbage and not sure what else was in it. but it sure wasn't coleslaw. The waiter was very quick with service but didnt smell very pleasant. They are anal about wearing a diaper on your face. We have many other options in Midland that are more customer friendly.
