Stopped in for the breakfast buffet at 7 am. No buffet. Asked and they said, we usually start around 8 or 9. Then ordered the cornea beef hash blockbuster. Turns out it was just corn beef cut up in hashbrowns. Looked like someone cut up a burned beef sandwich and mixed it up with hashbrowns. Service was fast and friendly, food not so much.
It was my first time here and I wasn't pleased. I ordered a Super Big Boy burger with a side of steam broccoli. Upon arrival my broccoli was ice cold and the appearance wasn't to pleasing either parts of it was browning. My burger was suppose to have two slices of cheese which came out with one. So the food was sent back and returned with the same bowl of broccoli and slapped on cold cheese! This experience yet again wasn't not acceptable for a first timer. Do not order the endless pasta if you are expecting more than one serving. The menu has no disclaimer that it is not endless and when I asked for a refill was told my endless pasta was not endless. Very disappointed as it has happened twice and still no resolution made after bringing it to the leaderships attention. Recommend that before you order that you extra clarify what they will be giving you to eat. Ordered a super big boy before only to be brought the regular while still charged for the super.
The food is kinda bland and the staff seems to want to be somewhere else. I recommend going to the Lil' Chef across the street. The spaghetti was bad, but their hamburgers are pretty good. Like the fries, even though the portion was small.
I feel like we were forgotten about a few times. Our glasses sat at our table empty for long periods of time, our server didn't smile much, she seemed rushed and we felt like she rushed us.
The food was cold. It was one of the worst big boys we have been to. The French toast was like hockey puck. The servers was nice but she stood around talking to people a lot. If you are paying 12.99 for the buffet the food should be hot not cold & nasty. Plus they should have smiles on there face.
Mediocre food for the price. The staff tries to engage in mindless smalltalk rather than waiting on customers. If you are put on a waiting list, don't be surprised if the waitstaff forgets about you as they seat customers that came in after you. The Inside is clean enough. Besides being disorganized, the staff are otherwise polite and professional. The waiting area can be cramped at times.
